Andrew B. Heineman is a healthcare compliance, risk, and governance executive with more than 15 years of experience partnering with Boards of Directors, audit and compliance committees, and executive leadership teams across complex, highly regulated healthcare organizations — and is now bringing that governance perspective to a board director role. His experience spans payer, provider, value-based care, and healthcare services companies, with deep expertise in enterprise risk management, regulatory oversight, privacy, and ethical culture.
Andrew currently serves as Chief Compliance Officer at Honest Health, where he leads enterprise compliance and ethics across the organization and its affiliated entities, including Accountable Care Organizations and joint ventures. He partners closely with the Board and senior leadership to strengthen governance structures, mature compliance and risk programs, and align regulatory strategy with business growth objectives.
Previously, Andrew served as Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer for a provider-owned health plan, advising the Board and Audit Committee on regulatory trends, technology enablement, and emerging risks while overseeing engagement with CMS and state regulators. Earlier in his career, he held senior risk management and compliance leadership roles at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center and Humana Inc., supporting Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, pharmacy, and in-home healthcare operations.
Andrew is Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Western Kentucky University. He currently serves on the Trinity High School Board of Directors, following six years of service on the Trinity High School Alumni Board of Directors that progressed through Chair-Elect (2022–2024) and concluded with his term as Chair (2024–2026). He brings a pragmatic, business-aligned approach to compliance and governance that protects enterprise value while enabling innovation and long-term growth.
